About
This working group addresses key security challenges facing Europe in a rapidly changing geopolitical environment. Fellows explore topics related to defence cooperation, strategic autonomy, resilience, foreign and security policy, and hybrid threats, while exchanging perspectives from Germany, France and Poland on Europe's future security architecture.

Politics & Public Administration - Germany
Mona Flaskamp is a political scientist and Chief of Staff in the German Bundestag for Alliance 90/The Greens. She works on foreign and security policy, with a focus on the Middle East, European security and transatlantic relations.
Philipp Bittner
Defence Industry & Public Affairs - Germany
Philipp Bittner represents Airbus Commercial as Public Affairs Manager in Berlin. Previously he gained experience in negotiation, leadership and diplomacy at Airbus Defence and Space, the Federal Foreign Office and the European Academy of Diplomacy – EAD (Poland).
Dr. Johanna Möhring
Academia & Strategic Affairs - France
Dr. Johanna Möhring is a political scientist specialising in European defence. Currently postdoc at University Grenoble-Alpes, she is affiliated with the ENS in Paris and Bonn University.
Eric Dikoume
Security & Diplomacy - France
Eric Dikoume is deputy head of the French National Gendarmerie's International Mission. He works on foreign affairs, focusing on European security and defense policy, as well as on EU justice and home affairs.
Karol Czuryszkiewicz
Energy Security & Regulation - Poland
Legal advisor specializing in EU energy regulation, climate policy and strategic projects, with 14+ years of experience in cross-border cooperation and governance.
Jarek M. Domański
Diplomacy & International Security - Poland
Jarek M. Domański currently serves as a senior adviser to the Chair of the Council for Cooperation with Ukraine at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland. He is also Senior Adviser at the European Institute of Peace in Brussels. He's former EU diplomat (Kyiv, Chisinau, head of several field missions across 4 continents) and former Polish Ambassador to Iran.
